Windowcolor Tipswindowcolor mandala55

Hmm...Where should I begin? There are so many useful windowcolor tips. Let's start at the very beginning!

Storage

  • Keep your windowcolor paints upside down. In this way the bottles that contain only a little paint will be immediately ready to use.

Cleaning

  •  It's very easy to smear the painting, so always have some handkerchief at hand, to clean yourself and the table.
  • windwocolor picturesAlways clean immediately the windowcolor paint (and contour) stains, because after drying, you can't  remove the stains.

Applying

  • Apply your motif only to room temperature surfaces, if you don't, then your motif will either melt or will become too dry and you can't remove it again.

Marble effect

  • Using a pin, cocktail stick or any long and thin object you can make marble effects. Just mix two or more colors with a pin. If you mix them patiently, you'll get new colors.
  • windowcolor mandalaFor example, now I have no orange paint, so I always mix a red and a yellow paint to get orange. So, if I need orange to a picture, I just mix some yellow and red on the same transparent film, and put the orange to the motif with a spatula or with a thicker pin.
  • If I need lighter orange, then I add more yellow. If I need darker orange, I add more red. In this way you can make lots of shades of color.

IMPORTANT: Mix enough paint, because it's almost impossible to make the same color twice.
